When managing your property the minimum services we provide are as follows:

• We actively seek suitable tenants through advertising on all major internet sites, our tenancy database, signage at the property and through our network of relocation companies.
• Scrupulously vet tenancy applicants by performing financial, personal, employment, rental history and TICA checks in order to secure you a quality tenant.
• Draw up or renew a tenancy agreement as well as complete an Entry Condition Report.
• Lodge the appropriate paper work with the correct authorities within the required time frames.
• Collect rent and disburse this to you on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly routine of your choosing.
• Carry out three monthly routine inspections of your property and provide detailed reports on the outcomes of these inspections.
• Organise and oversee any maintenance that is required on your property using reliable licenced tradespeople.
• Manage all tenant issues during the tenancy.
• Complete a final inspection of your property and follow up and manage any outstanding issues before signing off on the bond refund.
